Manage Ticket Priority

Step 1: Open the Ticket information page

Option A

1. Navigate to the left sidebar menu and click on Tickets to open your tickets dashboard.

Option B

1. On the Overview page, click on the three dots icon in the Tickets section.

2. Click on All Tickets from the dropdown.

Option C

1. On the Overview page, click on one of the categories in the Tickets section.

Step 2: Find the ticket

1. On the Tickets page, click on the ticket Category filter.

2. Pick one of the Categories from the list.

3. Optional: Click on the Search bar and type in the information of the ticket you’re looking for.

4. Open the ticket information page by clicking on the Title.

Set the priority

1. Locate the Priority section in the right-hand sidebar (just below the Due Date box).

2. Click the dropdown menu (which displays “– – –” by default) to reveal the available priority options and select the appropriate level for your ticket (Low, Medium, or High).

Change the priority

If you ever need to change the priority, simply click the dropdown menu and select a different level. The ticket will update automatically.

Remove the priority

To remove the priority select “– – –” from the dropdown menu.
