Add Live Website

Step 1: Open the Add Website form

Option A

1. Navigate to the left sidebar menu and click on Websites to open your websites dashboard.

2. Click on the + Add Website button.

Option B

1. Click the Plus (+) icon located on the bottom right corner of the screen.

2. Click on New website.

Step 2: Fill in the website information

1. On the Choose the type of the website screen, select Hosted.

2. On the “Website belongs to?” screen, select whether the site belongs to a Client or an Agency.

3. Fill in the Website details:

  • Website name
  • Environment – select Live
  • Website url
  • Do you already have a server for this website? (If the answer is Yes, a Search servers field will appear).

4. (Premium Hosting only) Pick one of the locations on the “Choose server location” page.

5. (Premium Hosting only) On the next step choose the type of server you want from the list of servers:

  • Basic
  • Plus
  • Medium
  • Premium
  • Advanced
  • Ultimate

6. On the Maintenance plan page choose one of the update options:

  • Monthly Updates
  • Weekly Updates
  • Daily Updates
  • No Updates

7. Pick any additional services that you want from the list.

8. On the “Do you want Premium Support?” page select Advanced or Basic support.

9. Under the “Do you want us to transfer/launch the site for you? It is free of charge.” prompt select Yes or No.

Step 3: Fill in the optional information.

1. Fill in the WordPress login information. Or Skip this step.

2. Fill in the Hosting information. Or Skip this step.

3. Fill in the SFTP/FTP information. Or Skip this step.

4. Fill in the Database information. Or Skip this step.

5. Leave a comment under the “Is there anything else relevant that you might want to add?” question.

6. Click on Finish.
