Download Website Files and Database Using Backups

Step 1: Open the Websites page

Option A

1. Navigate to the left sidebar menu and click on Websites to open your tickets dashboard.

1. On any page, click the search icon located in the top right corner.

2. Type the name of the website you are looking for into the search field.

3. Click on the correct website from the dropdown list that appears to open it.

Option C

1. On the Overview page, click on the three dots icon in the Total Websites section.

2. Click on All Websites from the dropdown.

Option D

1. On the Overview page, click on one of the categories in the Total Websites section.

Step 2: Open the website details page

1. Optional: If you have multiple websites on your account, you can locate the right one by:

  • Typing the name into the Search bar.
  • Clicking the category tabs (Live, Staging, etc.) to filter by status.

2. Click on the website card to open the website details page.

Step 3: Download the backup files

1. On the website details page, select Backups from the left-hand menu.

2. On the calendar provided on the Backups page, select the specific date of the backup you want to access.

3. On the Backups page, you can either click the main Download button at the top right, or select the smaller download icon next to a specific backup in the list to access that exact point in time.

4. Click the download icon next to each individual file to save it to your device.

Note

Clicking the main Download button at the top of the page will download your most recent (latest) backup.
