Step 1: Open the Ticket information page
Option A
1. Navigate to the left sidebar menu and click on Tickets to open your tickets dashboard.
Option B
1. On the Overview page, click on the three dots icon in the Tickets section.
2. Click on All Tickets from the dropdown.
Option C
1. On the Overview page, click on one of the categories in the Tickets section.
Step 2: Find the ticket
1. On the Tickets page, click on the ticket Category filter.
2. Pick one of the Categories from the list.
3. Optional: Click on the Search bar and type in the information of the ticket you’re looking for.
4. Open the ticket information page by clicking on the Title.
Step 3: Remove a follower
1. Hover over the initials of the follower you want to remove in the Followers list at the bottom.
2. Click the small ‘x’ icon that appears to remove them from the ticket.
