Manage Ticket Attachments

Step 1: Open the Ticket information page

Option A

1. Navigate to the left sidebar menu and click on Tickets to open your tickets dashboard.

Option B

1. On the Overview page, click on the three dots icon in the Tickets section.

2. Click on All Tickets from the dropdown.

Option C

1. On the Overview page, click on one of the categories in the Tickets section.

Step 2: Find the ticket

1. On the Tickets page, click on the ticket Category filter.

2. Pick one of the Categories from the list.

3. Optional: Click on the Search bar and type in the information of the ticket you’re looking for.

4. Open the ticket information page by clicking on the Title.

How to add an attachment

Option A – Drag and Drop

Simply drag a file from your computer and drop it directly into the large dashed box located at the bottom of your screen (just below the Subtickets section).

Option B – Click to Browse

Click anywhere inside the large dashed box located at the bottom of your screen (just below the Subtickets section). This will open a file browser window where you can select the files you want to upload.

Option C – Use the Quick Actions Menu

On the right side of the screen, just above the “Due Date” box, click the paperclip icon to browse and attach your files.

How to remove an attachment

Option A – From Attachments Section

1. Locate the uploaded file just below the main Description box (in the attachments section).

2. Hover your mouse cursor over the file you want to remove.

3. Click the small trash can icon that appears to delete it immediately.

Option B – From Comments

1. Scroll down to the comments and find the specific attachment you want to delete. Hover over the three dots (…) located in the top right corner.

2. Select “Delete“.
