Manage Subtickets

Step 1: Open the Ticket information page

Option A

1. Navigate to the left sidebar menu and click on Tickets to open your tickets dashboard.

Option B

1. On the Overview page, click on the three dots icon in the Tickets section.

2. Click on All Tickets from the dropdown.

Option C

1. On the Overview page, click on one of the categories in the Tickets section.

Step 2: Find the ticket

1. On the Tickets page, click on the ticket Category filter.

2. Pick one of the Categories from the list.

3. Optional: Click on the Search bar and type in the information of the ticket you’re looking for.

4. Open the ticket information page by clicking on the Title.

Add

Option A

1. Click the “+ Add Subticket” button, which is positioned just below the main Description box.

Option B

1. Click on the Add a ticket within a ticket button on the right side of the screen.

2. Type in a short, direct instruction for that specific task. The changes will be saved automatically.

Edit

To edit a subticket, click anywhere inside the box and type out the new description you want. The changes will be saved automatically.

Remove

To remove a subticket, simply hover your mouse over the specific subticket and click the small trash can icon that appears on the far right side to delete it.
