Step 1: Open the Websites page
Option A
1. Navigate to the left sidebar menu and click on Websites to open your tickets dashboard.
Option B
1. On any page, click the search icon located in the top right corner.
2. Type the name of the website you are looking for into the search field.
3. Click on the correct website from the dropdown list that appears to open it.
Option C
1. On the Overview page, click on the three dots icon in the Total Websites section.
2. Click on All Websites from the dropdown.
Option D
1. On the Overview page, click on one of the categories in the Total Websites section.
Step 2: Open the website details page
1. Optional: If you have multiple websites on your account, you can locate the right one by:
- Typing the name into the Search bar.
- Clicking the category tabs (Live, Staging, etc.) to filter by status.
2. Click on the website card to open the website details page.
Step 3: Restore a website
1. On the website details page, select Backups from the left-hand menu.
2. On the calendar provided on the Backups page, select the specific date of the backup you want to access.
3. On the Backups page, you can either click the main Restore button at the top right, or select the smaller restore icon next to a specific backup in the list to restore your site to that exact point in time.
4. The status indicator will change to “Running…”. Once the status changes back to “Successful”, the restore process is done.
Note
Clicking the main Restore button at the top of the page will automatically restore your most recent (latest) backup.
